Terms of service

1. Who we are
CreateAgent.ai is operated by Spotlight FZE, a company registered in Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates. Contact: hello@createagent.ai.
2. What the service is
CreateAgent lets you describe an AI agent in plain words. The platform builds it, gives it memory, and lets you run it, share it by link, embed it on your site, or call it through an API. Agents are powered by third-party AI models. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date — you are responsible for checking it before you rely on it or pass it to others.
3. Your account
You need an account to build agents. Keep your sign-in details and API keys secret; actions taken with them count as yours. You must be able to form a binding contract under the law that applies to you.
4. Your content and your agents
What you type, upload, and configure stays yours. You give us the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, send it to the AI models that power your agents, and show your agent to the people you share it with. We do not sell your content. You are responsible for what your agents say and do for the people you share them with, and for having the right to upload what you upload.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to harm or deceive people, to send spam, to infringe others' rights, to provide regulated professional advice (medical, legal, financial) as if from a licensed professional, or to probe or disrupt the service. We can suspend or close accounts that do.
6. Fair limits
Plans include stated run and agent limits. We also apply rate limits and daily spending ceilings to keep the service healthy for everyone. We may change limits with notice on the pricing page.
7. Paid plans
Paid plans are billed through PayPal in US dollars, monthly or annually, and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid period. Where the law gives you stronger refund rights, those apply. During the announced launch period, paid features may be made available free; that is a promotion, not a permanent term.
8. The service changes
We improve, change, and sometimes remove features. If we discontinue the service or a feature you paid for, we will give reasonable notice and a fair refund of unused paid time.
9. No warranties
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we do not promise any particular output from an AI model.
10. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Ending things
You can close your account at any time from Settings or by emailing us. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms. On closure we delete or anonymise your content within a reasonable period, except what the law requires us to keep.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, and disputes go to the courts there, unless mandatory law where you live says otherwise.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users. Using the service after the date means you accept the new version.
